Delivery is only made within Europe

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.45 per order for Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. (Max 15 kilos)
All other countries: €18.45 to €34.95 per order. (Max 15 kilos)

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within 1-4 days (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands), all other countries 3-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
For delivering spare parts that are not online, we need about 4-7 days; if we need longer, we will inform you.
